Northern Peak Health and Wellness LLC operates this coverage tool. The Northern Peak team runs provider routing as authorized agents of our pharmacy partners.
This tool exists because "can I prescribe this in my state" is the single most expensive question in outbound provider sales. We answered it once, publicly, in plain language, so providers can self-qualify in under a minute.
Northern Peak is a provider-first routing service. We are not a pharmacy. We work with licensed 503A compounding pharmacies, verify provider credentials, and route qualified leads to the partner that can legally serve their state. The specific partner is disclosed to verified providers during LifeFile onboarding.
This tool is not a marketplace, not a formulary, and not clinical guidance. It answers a licensing question and connects verified providers to the pharmacy that can serve them.
What we hold to
Every line of copy, every form field, every page speaks to licensed clinicians. No patient marketing. No direct-to-consumer promises. No pricing out in the open.
503A, DEA, state board, USP 797 and 800. If the pharmacy we route to cannot legally serve your state, we say so. We do not soften licensure language.
We are not a marketplace. We vet one 503A pharmacy per route and stand behind it. If the partnership changes, we move our audience, not the other way.
Our partner
Currently licensed across 32 jurisdictions in the United States. We name our pharmacy partner directly to verified providers during LifeFile onboarding, not to the public internet. This protects the partnership and keeps the routing relationship honest.
Both Northern Peak operators are HIPAA-trained and certified, though Northern Peak itself is not a HIPAA covered entity: we handle provider credentials, not patient information. We treat provider data with the same discretion we would patient data.
